# Billing, upgrades and cancellation

Plans, top-ups, upgrading, and how to cancel.

## The three plans

- **Free**, $0. 1 seat, 25 credits a period, enough for 3 drafts and one finished 720p video. Tops out at 720p. No card required.
- **Starter**, $50 a month or $500 a year. 1 seat, 100 credits a period, output up to 4K, no watermark.
- **Pro**, $149 a month or $1,490 a year. 3 seats, 350 credits a period, output up to 4K, and your company name on every video.

Paying yearly is priced at ten months, so you get two months free compared to paying monthly. The **Monthly / Yearly** toggle on the plan picker shows both prices side by side before you choose.

Everything about your account, plan, usage, and credit history, lives on **Billing**, reached from the credits pill in the top bar or the avatar menu.

## What's on the Billing page

- **Plan status**, with your renewal date and a badge showing whether you are active, not yet subscribed, past due, or canceled.
- **Credits this period**, a usage bar showing how much of your allowance is used, which resets to the full amount on your renewal date.
- **Credit cost by quality**, the same numbers shown in the composer: Draft 5, HD 10, Full HD 20, 4K 30.
- **Prepaid balance**, credit you bought yourself with the **Add credit** button. It never expires and is only spent once your period's allowance runs out.
- **Credit history**, a running ledger of every charge and top-up.

## Seats

Starter includes 1 seat and Pro includes 3. An extra seat is **$20 a month**, available on Starter and Pro, not on Free. A seat buys a login for one more person on your team, not extra credits: everyone on the account shares the same plan wallet, so adding a teammate does not add to your monthly allowance. Manage seats from **Team**, with **Invite teammate**, which prompts you to add a seat first if you are already at your limit.

## Upgrading

If you are on Free, click **Subscribe** on **Billing** to choose Starter or Pro. If you are already on a paid plan and want to move up, down, or between monthly and yearly, click **Manage subscription**, which opens a secure billing portal where you can change plans, update your card, or see past invoices.

## Buying extra credit

Top-ups get cheaper the more you buy at once: **$0.80 a credit** normally, **$0.70 a credit** at 250 or more, **$0.60 a credit** at 500 or more. Bought credit never expires, unlike your period's allowance, which resets whether or not you used it. Click **Add credit** on Billing, pick a preset amount or type your own, and confirm.

## If a payment fails

Your plan shows **Payment failed**, and a **Fix payment** button takes you to the billing portal to update your card. Nothing is deleted while this is happening. Fix your card and generating videos picks back up.

## Cancelling

Click **Manage subscription** and cancel from the billing portal. You keep access through the period you already paid for, then your account moves to canceled. From **Billing**, a **Resubscribe** button is there whenever you are ready to make videos again.
