You upload rendered stills from your design software, and optionally a flythrough video, a 2D plan, a 3D file, or real photos of the site. We generate a video from what you give us. These terms cover your use of RenderSplash at rendersplash.com and the underlying product. ## Your account You need an account to use RenderSplash. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including the actions of anyone on your team you invite to it. Keep your login to yourself, and tell us at support@rendersplash.com if you think someone else has access to your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use RenderSplash. You are responsible for making sure the files you upload are yours to use, or that you have the right to use them, including any renders, plans, or site photos that belong to a client or a design partner. ## Acceptable use Use RenderSplash to make videos of your own design work. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to use, anything illegal, or anything meant to harass, defraud, or impersonate someone. Do not try to break, reverse engineer, or overload the service, and do not resell access to RenderSplash without our written agreement. We can suspend or close an account that violates these terms. Where it is practical, we will tell you why before we do. ## Who owns what You own every file you upload, before and after you upload it: your renders, your flythrough video, your plan, and any site photos. You also own every video RenderSplash generates from your files. Use that video however you want, including in your own marketing, on your own website, or in a customer's job proposal. To run the service, we need a limited right to your files: to store them, to process them through the software and models that build the video, and to deliver the finished video back to you and to anyone you send a share link to. That right ends when you delete the file or close your account, except where we need to keep a copy briefly to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute. We do not use your uploads or your finished videos to train models. Not ours, not anyone else's. RenderSplash the product, including its software and design, belongs to Fleet and Fury LLC. These terms do not give you any right to that software beyond using it as intended. ## Credits and subscriptions RenderSplash runs on three plans: Free, Starter, and Pro. What each plan costs, how many credits it includes each month, the highest quality it can output, and the seats it comes with are listed on our [pricing page](https://rendersplash.com/pricing). Free needs no card. Starter and Pro can be paid monthly or annually, and paying annually costs less than twelve monthly payments. A video spends credits when it finishes, and how many depends on the quality you choose: a watermarked draft costs a fraction of a finished video, and higher resolutions cost more. The pricing page lists the credit cost of each quality, and RenderSplash shows you what a video will cost before you make it. Monthly credits included in a plan reset at the start of each billing period and do not carry over. You can also buy credits outright, at the price per credit shown when you buy. Buying more at once costs less per credit. Credits you buy this way never expire, whether or not you keep a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance, through Stripe, either monthly or annually depending on what you choose. Starter and Pro each include a number of seats, and on either you can add more for a monthly fee per seat. The pricing page lists both. A seat is a login for a teammate, not a separate credit allowance: everyone on the account draws from the same shared credit balance, and an added seat comes with no credits of its own. ## Price changes The prices on our [pricing page](https://rendersplash.com/pricing) are the current ones, and you pay the price shown when you buy or subscribe. We may change our prices. If we change the price of a subscription you already have, we will email the account owner at least 30 days before the new price applies. It starts from your first billing period after that, and you can cancel before then so you never pay it. A change to the price of credits never shrinks credits you already bought: the credits in your balance stay the same number of credits, and they still never expire. ## Limits on our liability RenderSplash is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and to make videos that represent your design accurately, but we do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and a generated video is a visualisation, not a construction document. To the extent the law allows, Fleet and Fury LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of RenderSplash, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. ## Ending this agreement You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. We can suspend or close your account for violating these terms, for non-payment, or if we stop offering the service, with notice where practical. The sections that should survive by their nature, including ownership, liability limits, and governing law, survive any termination. ## Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of RenderSplash will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. ## Changes to these terms We may update these terms as the product changes. We will update the date at the top of this page when we do.
