How does billing work?
Starter and Pro bill on the date you signed up, monthly by default. Your card is charged automatically.
Can I pay annually and save money?
Pay for a year and get two months free. Starter saves $100 a year billed annually, $41.67 a month. Pro saves $298 a year billed annually, $124.17 a month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account at any time. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, then the account drops to Free.
Do you offer refunds?
See the full terms on refunds and credits. In short: we do not refund a period you have already used, but an unused renewal can be cancelled before it bills.
What happens to credits I don't use this month?
The credits included with your plan reset at the start of each billing period and do not carry over. Credits you buy separately are different: see the next question.
Do credits I buy separately expire?
No. Credit you buy never expires. The credits included with a plan reset at the start of each billing period. Buying more at once lowers the rate: $0.80/credit, $0.70 at 250+, $0.60 at 500+.
Is the free video watermarked?
Your one finished 720p video a month is not watermarked. The three drafts are watermarked, since a draft is for checking a shot, not showing a client.
What happens at the end of the month if I haven't used my video?
It does not carry over. Free resets to 3 drafts and 1 finished video each period; Starter and Pro reset to their monthly credit amount.
If I upgrade partway through the month, do I pay twice?
You pay the difference for the rest of the current period, then the new plan's price from your next billing date. You are never charged the full price of both plans in the same month.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Top up at $0.80/credit, any time, without changing your plan. Credit you buy never expires. The credits included with a plan reset at the start of each billing period.
Do extra seats cost anything?
An extra seat is a login for one more person on your team. Seats share the plan's credits rather than adding their own. It costs $20 a month per extra seat, on Starter or Pro. Pro includes 3 seats before you need to add one; the Free plan cannot add a seat.
