Your company name on every video
Putting your business name on the videos you make is part of the Pro plan. There is no separate toggle to find, it comes from one field you likely already filled in.
Where it comes from
Your business name is set in Settings, under Business. If you have not entered it yet, or want to change it, go to Settings, type your name into the Business name field, and click Save business details.
That name is what shows alongside your video wherever you send it, including the link you hand a homeowner through Share. It sits under the video title, plain text, no logo upload involved. Use the name your customers already know your company by, not an internal shorthand or a job code.
This is also where you set your phone number and website, on the same Business section, in case you want that information close at hand while you are on a call with a customer, though only the business name travels with the video itself.
What Starter and Free show instead
On Free and Starter, videos go out without your business name attached. Everything else about the video, the resolution you chose, the shots, the quality, is identical. Branding is the one difference.
If you are not on Pro yet
Upgrade from Billing. Open Billing, and if your plan is Free or Starter, you will see the option to move to Pro there. Once you are on Pro, your business name starts appearing automatically on every new video. There is nothing else to turn on, and nothing to redo on videos you already made before upgrading, they simply stay as they were made.
